Our Menu
Our focus is pizza, in traditional combinations or topped with your favorite ingredients. Our hand-mixed dough is made with Maine flour, fermented for just the length of right time, then baked to perfection in our custom-built Italian oven. We make our signature organic tomato sauce and variety of pestos as the foundation for building your pizza, or to just swirl on the crust and enjoy!
To accompany your pizza, we feature appetizers including savory and ever-popular arancini and suppli and other treats, thoughtfully-created salads and side dishes, and delicious desserts that will complete your meal on a special note. All of us are very sensitive to food allergies, so please let us know of any in your party, and we will also be happy to work with you on any special dietary needs or requests.

Our amazing chef is a top graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and has over 20 years of experience in the food and wine industry. With all of these skills, he is dedicated to applying timeless culinary techniques to preparing traditional favorites and creating new dishes to inspire and delight your guests.

Thoughts on Our Name: Why Rocca?
You should put some thought into naming a business, right? In our case, we did indeed, but in the end it was an easy choice. When choosing our name, we wanted to honor our roots, and in Italian rocca means rock, fortress or refuge, and that really appealed to us. More meaningfully though, part of our family is from a small village in Italy called Roccamorice. Rocca is a nickname for our small village with a big name, and our small business with a big heart.

Today we will bring our oven to you to provide you with an incredible culinary experience, but in the future we want to be able to invite you to join us in our own restaurant! Plans are in the works at this time to make our dream a reality and we are really looking forward to keeping you updated our progress. There’s lots more to come, so please stay tuned!
